Add a New Seller

Learn How to Add a New Seller Client Profile to Your My Active Clients Tool.

When working with a new seller, you can manually add their profile to your My Active Clients dashboard in Radius Office. Follow the steps below to create and track your seller's journey from listing prep to close.


Step 1: Log In and Access My Active Clients

  1. Open Radius Office in your desktop browser.

  2. Sign in using your Radius credentials.

  3. From the left-hand menu, click My Active Clients.


Step 2: Create the Seller Profile

  1. Click the + Client button at the top of your dashboard.

  2. Fill in the following fields:

    • Full Name

    • Email

    • Phone Number

    • Lead Type: Select Seller

    • Lead Status: Choose the seller's current stage (e.g., Met with Client)

    • Client Source: Indicate the lead source (e.g., Referral, Sphere of Influence, etc.)


Step 3: Add Listing Information (Optional)

If you already have details about the property your seller plans to list, you can add them now.

  1. Click + Add Listing

  2. Complete the following fields:

    • Transaction Type: Choose Sale or Rent

    • Beds & Baths

    • Listing Address: Enter the address and select the correct one from the Google dropdown

    • Estimated Price (Required)

    • Property Size & Units

    • Property Type

💡 Don’t have listing details yet? You can skip this step and add the property later.


Step 4: Save the Profile

  1. Review the information entered for accuracy.

  2. Click Save and Continue.

  3. The seller will appear in the column of the lead status you selected.

Pro Tip: Use the search bar at the top of the My Active Clients page to quickly locate your new seller.
