Managing a new buyer? Add their profile to your My Active Clients dashboard to stay on top of preferences, tours, and offers. Here’s how to get started.
Step 1: Log In and Access My Active Clients
Open Radius Office in your desktop browser.
Log in using your credentials.
Click My Active Clients from the left-hand navigation menu.
Step 2: Create the Buyer Profile
Click the + Client button.
Enter the buyer’s details:
Full Name
Email
Phone Number
Lead Type: Select Buyer
Lead Status: Choose the buyer’s current stage (e.g., New Client or Met with Client)
Client Source: Add the lead source (e.g., Website Lead, Open House)
Step 3: Add Search Criteria (Optional)
If your buyer has already shared what they’re looking for, add their preferences here.
Note: If you do not yet know the details of the property to be listed or property search criteria, you can skip + Add a Search and go straight to Save and Continue.
Click + Add a Search
Fill in the following fields:
Transaction Type: Choose Buy or Rent
Beds & Baths
Budget Range (e.g., $400,000–$600,000)
Size Range & Units
Location(s): Add one or more preferred areas or cities
💡 If you don’t yet have these details, feel free to skip this step and return later.
Step 4: Save the Profile
Double-check all input details.
Click Save and Continue.
Your buyer will now appear in the appropriate lead stage column in My Active Clients.
Pro Tip: Use the search bar to instantly find the client if your list is long.
