You can easily manage contact information such as phone numbers and email addresses directly from the contact's profile. Whether you're adding new details, updating existing ones, or removing outdated information, the process is designed to be quick and easy.
To begin the process, start by opening the contact’s profile. You can access it from the Search bar, Lists, Tags, or while using the Dialer. Once you are on the contact’s profile follow the below guidelines according to your needs :
How do I add a new phone number or email?
On the contact profile, click the “+” button next to the Phone Numbers or Emails section.
Fill in the new phone number or email address in the available fields
Click the checkmark button to save.
The new entry will appear under the list of registered contact details.
Tip: Make sure the phone number is valid. If not, you’ll see a red pop-up warning in the bottom-right corner of the screen.
How do I update registered / saved Phone Number or Email ?
On the left-hand side of the contact profile, go to the Phone Numbers or Emails section.
Click the three dots icon (⋮) next to the item you want to update.
You will see 3 available options as shown below
Select Edit.
In the popup window, update the contact info and select the type (Mobile, Work, Home, Unknown) from the dropdown if needed.
Click the Update button to save your changes.
How do I remove a saved phone number or email ?
Go back to the three dots icon (⋮) and select Remove next to the phone number or email.
Once removed, a strikethrough line will appear on the entry to indicate it's no longer active, though it will remain visible for future reference.
