Duplicating an existing text campaign can come in handy in many situations. For example, you might want to send a message to another group of people. Instead of creating a new campaign from scratch, you can simply duplicate an existing campaign and make the required changes.
Click the three dots in the last column of a campaign (All Campaigns window) -> Delete -> OK to confirm and delete a text campaign. Similarly, click three dots -> Duplicate to duplicate a text campaign. A duplicate campaign is automatically saved and you will be taken to a new window where you can make the required changes. The next steps are almost the same as creating a New Text Campaign and as follows:
Enter the Campaign Name
Select the target audience in the To field
Select From (the Caller ID from which the messages will be sent)
Confirm the SMS text in Body
Select time (immediate or scheduled for later)
