Raise More keeps a summary of every call session you run on the dialer. The summary shows how many people you tried to reach, how many answered, how many pledges came out of the session, and how long the session lasted. You can review one session or compare many sessions side by side.
Open your past session summaries
In the left navigation, open the Dialer menu.
Click Past Session Summaries.
This opens the Call Session Summaries page (also reachable at /reports). Each row is one call session you or your team ran.
What each column means
The table shows one row per call session, with these columns:
Started - the date and time the session began.
Total Attempts - the number of calls placed during the session.
# Answered - how many of those calls were logged with the Answered disposition.
Answer Rate - # Answered divided by Total Attempts, shown as a percentage. If there were no attempts, this shows 0%.
# Pledges - the number of pledges recorded during the session.
Session Duration - how long the session ran, from when it started to when it ended.
Participants - the people who joined the session (by name, or as a guest with their phone number if they dialed in without an account).
List Name - the list you were calling. Click the list name to open that list in the browse view.
Read the productivity numbers
A quick way to judge a session:
Total Attempts tells you how much calling got done.
Answer Rate tells you how often calls connected. This counts only calls you marked Answered. Calls you logged as No Answer, Left Voicemail, Wrong / Disconnected, Refused, Call Back, Deceased, or Do Not Contact are not counted as answered.
# Pledges tells you the fundraising result of the session.
Because the answer rate and pledge counts come from the dispositions you select while calling, the numbers are only as accurate as the dispositions your callers log. Make sure callers mark a disposition on each call so the summary reflects what actually happened.
Compare sessions or narrow the list
The Call Session Summaries page is a standard data table, so you can:
Sort by any column (for example, sort by # Pledges or Answer Rate) by clicking the column header.
Filter the sessions by Date Started or List Name using the filter controls at the top of the table.
This lets you compare productivity across days, across callers, or across lists.
See the calls behind a session
The summary counts come from the individual calls logged during the session. To see the call-by-call detail, including the disposition and any note for each contact, open the contact profiles or the list you were calling. Each call you logged appears in that contact's interaction history.
