How do I see how many calls I made today?

Raise More does not have a single counter that shows "calls I made today" for one person. But you can get that number quickly using the Interactions page (the Call + Notes Log), where every call you log is recorded with the date and your name. This article shows you the fastest way to get the count, plus what the Dashboard does and does not tell you.

The quick answer: filter the Call + Notes Log

Every call you log during a dialer session creates a record on the Call + Notes Log. You can filter that log down to just your calls from today and read the count off the screen.

  1. In the left menu, click Interactions. This opens the page titled Call + Notes Log.

  2. Open the filter builder at the top of the table.

  3. Add a filter on Created At. Set the operator to on and pick today's date.

  4. Add a second filter on Logged By. Type your name. This filter matches any name that contains what you type, so a first or last name works.

  5. Apply the filters.

The table now shows only the calls you logged today. The number of matching rows is shown near the filter bar as a count followed by the word records. That number is how many calls you made today.

The table also has these columns so you can scan the detail:

  • Interaction Date (the date and time of the call)

  • Disposition (the result you marked)

  • Logged By (who logged the call)

  • Note

  • Duration

  • Caller ID Used

  • Saved Lists

Count only the connected or answered calls

If you want a more specific number, such as only the calls someone picked up, add a Disposition filter alongside the Created At and Logged By filters. The Disposition filter lets you pick one or more values from this list:

  • No Answer

  • Answered

  • Wrong / Disconnected

  • Refused

  • Call Back

  • Left Voicemail

  • Deceased

  • Do Not Contact

For example, filter Disposition to Answered to count only the calls that connected, or to Left Voicemail to count voicemails. The records count updates to match.

See the whole team, not just yourself

If you skip the Logged By filter and keep only the Created At filter set to today, the count covers every call logged by everyone in your organization today. Add Logged By back in to narrow it to one person.

What the Dashboard shows (and doesn't)

The Dashboard has a metric tab called Calls Made. This is the all-time total for your whole organization, not today's number and not your personal number. The chart under it shows calls month by month, so it is for long-term trends, not a daily tally.

Lower on the Dashboard there is a Last 24 hours card with a Calls tab. That tab counts calls logged across your whole organization in the last 24 hours. It is close to "today," but it is a rolling 24-hour window for the entire team, not a calendar day for one person. For your own calls today, use the Call + Notes Log filters described above.

During a live dialer session

While you are in a call session, the dialer tracks your position in the list and lets you log a result for each person, but it does not show a running "calls made today" total on screen. To get that count, use the Call + Notes Log after or during your session.
