What "archived" means
Archiving a list is a soft-delete. The list is hidden from the default view but not removed from the database. You can bring it back at any time. There is no hard-delete available through the UI, so every list you have ever archived can be restored.
Find your archived lists
Go to Lists in the left navigation.
At the top of the list table, click the Archived toggle (the switch reads "Active" and "Archived"). The view switches to show only archived lists.
Restore a list
With the Archived view active, find the list you want to restore.
Click the actions menu for that row (the three-dot icon on the right side of the row).
Click Un-archive.
The list name is restored to what it was before it was archived and the list reappears in the Active view immediately.
If the name conflicts with an existing list
When you restore a list, the system removes the archive suffix from its name automatically. If another active list already has that name, the restore will fail with an error. In that case, rename the existing active list first, then retry the restore.
Permanently deleted lists
Lists can only be archived through the UI, not permanently deleted. If a list is missing and does not appear in the Archived view, contact support.
