Once a recruitment agency have made us aware of your placement, you will receive login details into the raise platform. To get you fully onboarded onto the platform, we will need a few extra bits of information. What we will need will vary depending on how you are getting paid.
UK Limited Company
Proof of ID
Bank statement (will need to include the company name and bank logo)
Signed terms between agency and contractor limited company
Government issued certificate of incorporation.
Sole Trader:
You will follow the same process as you would a limited company (above) but using the following:
Limited company name: Your full name + Sole Trader (John Smith - Sole Trader)
Company registration: UTR (unique tax reference)
Tax registration number: UTR (unique tax reference)
Address: your home address
Bank details: your personal bank details + bank statement
Proof of ID
Umbrella:
We will liaise with the umbrella who will supply us with all information needed
PAYE:
P45 from previous employer.
Starter declaration (Already in platform, just needs to be selected from the dropdown when contractor approves the placement).
Any Student Loan or Postgraduate Loan (Also part of Starter Checklist question)
RTW: Passport for UK Nationals - We will verify this using our IDSP Partner Trust ID. For Foreign individuals, we will verify RTW using Share Code and DOB, however they must attach their passport on the platform to verify DOB.
Proof of NI: Can be old P45 (if applicable), P60 (no need to be recent) or NI letter. No payslip can be accepted.
Proof of address
Proof of Bank Account - Statement or letter from bank clearing stating the bank information and the holder of the account
