How Do I Update The Address In My Emails

Every Rally.Fan Email Flow or Broadcast must show a physical address in the footer (it’s the law). Moved offices? Swapping to a PO Box?

Here’s how to update the address so your next send is 100 % compliant.


Step-by-Step

  1. Dashboard → Settings

  2. Click the Profile tab.

  3. Scroll to Address.

  4. Enter your Street, City, State/Province, ZIP/Postal, Country.

  5. Hit Update—that’s it! All future emails will pull the new address automatically.

Instant effect: The change applies to every unpublished Email Flow, scheduled Broadcast, and any new flow you create going forward.

Use a PO Box or virtual mailbox if you work from home.

Leave the address blank—your Send button will stay disabled.

Double-check spelling before you save; typos show up in every email.

Edit the footer HTML directly—Rally overwrites it each send.
