Meta Pixel (formerly Facebook Pixel) lets you track visitor actions, measure conversions, and improve ad targeting. By connecting your Pixel to Rally.Fan, you’ll gain deeper insights into your audience and how they interact with your store.
Step-by-Step Instructions
Go to Integrations
In Rally.Fan, navigate to Account > Integration.
Find the Meta Pixel card and click View & Manage.
Enter Your Pixel ID
In the pop-up window, you’ll see a field labeled Facebook Pixel ID.
Paste your Pixel ID here. (You can find your Pixel ID in your Meta Business Suite under Data Sources > Pixels.)
Whitelist Rally.Fan
To ensure proper functionality, add rally.fan to the whitelist of your Facebook Pixel.
This step ensures that all relevant events are tracked accurately.
Save Changes
Once your Pixel ID is added, click Save Changes.
Rally.Fan is now connected to your Meta Pixel.
Troubleshooting Tips
Where to find your Pixel ID
Go to Meta Business Suite.
Navigate to Data Sources > Pixels.
Copy the numeric ID (usually 15–16 digits).
Events not tracking?
Double-check that you’ve added rally.fan to the Pixel whitelist in your Meta settings.
Make sure your Pixel is active in Meta Business Suite.
Multiple Pixels?
Use the Pixel ID associated with the ad account you want Rally.Fan data to report into.
