Connecting your Instagram account to Rally.Fan unlocks automated DMs, smarter engagement tools, and the ability to personalize outreach based on user interactions.


Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Go to Integrations

    • In your Rally.Fan dashboard, navigate to Account > Integration.

    • Find the Instagram card and click Connect.

  2. Sign in to Instagram

    • A new Instagram login/permissions window will appear.

    • Log in with the account you want to connect. (Make sure it’s a business or creator account linked to a Facebook Page for full functionality.)

  3. Grant Permissions
    Rally.Fan requires access to:

    • View profile and media (required)

    • Manage comments

    • Manage messages

    • Publish content

    • Access insights
      Toggle these on, then click Allow to approve the connection.

  4. Confirm the Connection

    • Once approved, your Instagram account will show as connected in Rally.Fan under Integrations.

    • You can now set up automated DMs, schedule posts, and track performance through Rally.Fan.


Troubleshooting Tips

  • Instagram account not appearing?

    • Ensure your Instagram is set as a Professional (Business or Creator) Account.

    • Link it to a Facebook Page inside your Meta settings.

  • Permissions denied?

    • If you skipped a toggle during setup, disconnect and try again—this time granting all required permissions.

  • Multiple accounts?

    • Confirm you’re logging into the correct account in the Instagram popup.
