We’ve made the difficult decision to shut down Rally.Fan on January 5th, 2026. Below are answers to common questions to help make this transition as smooth as possible.
1. Why is Rally.Fan shutting down?
After careful consideration, we’ve decided to discontinue the product. This decision was not made lightly, and we’re incredibly grateful for everyone who believed in Rally.Fan. We’re committed to handling the shutdown responsibly and transparently.
2. When will Rally.Fan shut down?
Rally.Fan will no longer be accessible after January 5th, 2026.
Last day of billing: December 5th, 2025
Last day of platform access: January 5th, 2026
3. Will I be charged again?
No. All billing has stopped as of December 5th, 2025.
Monthly subscribers: No further renewals or charges.
Annual subscribers: Renewals have been stopped and unused time will be refunded.
4. What happens to my subscription?
Monthly subscribers
You will retain access until the end of your current billing period.
You won’t be charged going forward.
Annual subscribers
You are eligible for a prorated refund for the unused portion of your subscription starting January 5th, 2026.
Refunds will be processed automatically on or before January 5th, 2026 to your original payment method.
If you do not see a refund within 3–10 business days after that date, contact us at friends@rally.fan.
5. How do I export my data?
You can export your audience/customer data by navigating to:
Customers → + More → Export data
Please export any data you wish to keep before January 5th, 2026.

6. What happens to my data after shutdown?
All customer and creator data will be inaccessible in the Rally.Fan systems after January 5th, 2026.
7. Can I still contact support during the shutdown period?
Yes. Our support team will remain available until shutdown.

8. Are there alternatives to Rally.Fan you recommend?
While we don’t officially endorse specific tools, many creators migrate to platforms that offer:
Membership subscriptions
Exclusive content hosting
Direct fan communication
Analytics / audience insights
