Rally.Fan enforces a strict no‑refund policy for all subscription plans as stated in Section 4.a. of the Rally.Fan Terms of Service (Subscription Agreement). This policy applies universally across cancellations, downgrades, and deactivations.
Handling Specific Billing & Refund Scenarios
Plan Cancellation
Timing: To avoid being billed for the next period, cancel before your upcoming renewal date in Settings → Billing.
Effect: Your subscription remains active through the end of the current paid period. No prorated credits or refunds are issued for unused days.
Read‑only grace period: After cancellation, your workspace enters read‑only mode for 14 days so you can export data.
Plan Downgrades
Downgrade window: Switching to a lower‑tier plan takes effect at your next billing date.
No refunds: You’ll retain access to your existing features until the paid term ends; no partial refunds or credits for feature differences.
Billing Errors
What qualifies: Duplicate charges, incorrect amounts generated by Rally.Fan, or fees for plans you never activated.
How to address: Refer to the "Unauthorized or Incorrect Charges" section below for the documentation needed when disputing a billing error.
Unexpected Charges
Prevent surprises: Familiarize yourself with renewal dates and billing cycles in Settings → Billing.
Cancel in advance: If you decide not to continue, we ask that you please cancel at least 24 hours before your next renewal to avoid automatic re-billing. This, also applies to all free trials offered to customers by Rally.Fan.
Documentation for Support Requests
When contacting Support about any billing issue, please have the following ready:
Account details: Full name, workspace/store name, registered email.
Invoice or statement: Date(s) and amount(s) in question.
Description: Brief summary of the issue (e.g., “charged twice on May 15 for my monthly plan”).
Supporting documentation: Screenshots of bank statements, invoice PDFs, or error messages.
Having this information on hand allows us to investigate and respond more quickly.
Handling Unused Service Claims
Note:
Because Rally.Fan delivers digital services that cannot be “returned,” claims for unused time or features are not eligible for refund or credit. You retain full access through your paid period but will not receive any prorated return of fees.
Unauthorized or Incorrect Charges
We understand that mistakes can happen. You may request a refund only for charges that meet all of the following criteria:
Unauthorized: You did not initiate or approve the charge.
Incorrect amount: The billed amount does not match the plan or invoice you selected.
Rally.Fan error: A system malfunction or processing issue caused the discrepancy.
Timely request: Your request is submitted within 30 days of the charge date.
Refund Eligibility in Billing Discrepancies
If your dispute falls under "Unauthorized or Incorrect Charges" category described above, we’ll review and, at our sole discretion, issue either:
An account credit applied toward future billing, or
A full refund to your original payment method

Watch for Our Confirmation
Decisions are typically finalized within 3 business days of receiving complete documentation.
Once approved, your refund will be issued immediately. Depending on your bank, it may take 3–10 business days to appear in your account.
When Refunds Aren’t Available
While we aim to make this process as seamless as possible, certain requests fall outside our guarantee:
Requests After 30 Days: Refunds must be requested within 30 days of your original purchase date.
Violation of Terms: If your account has been terminated for violating our Terms of Service, or you’ve used Rally.Fan in a way that breaches those terms, your request will be ineligible. If you have unique or exceptional circumstances, you may submit them to friends@rally.fan for further consideration.
Free Trials & Credits: Refunds do not apply to free trials, promotional credits, or partner-funded subscriptions.
