Follow this guide to smoothly withdraw your funds from your Rally account.
Steps to Cash Out on Rally
Log In to Your Account:
Visit Metacommerce and log in with your credentials.
Access the Income Tab:
Navigate to the 'Income' tab in your dashboard.
Initiate a Cash Out:
Click the '+Cash Out' button located in the top right corner.
Receive Your Funds:
After clicking 'Cash Out', your funds will be transferred to your bank account linked to Stripe, typically within 24-48 hours.
Note: If the cash-out option isn’t visible, your Stripe account might still be under verification. This process usually takes between 3-7 business days after you’ve set up your direct deposit and completed your first sale.
Understanding "Held by Rally" Funds
If you notice funds labeled as "Held by Rally", these are typically your referral bonuses or affiliate income. These amounts are generally processed and paid out every 3-5 business days.
Currency Conversion
For those located outside the US, Stripe will automatically convert your earnings to your local currency during the cash-out process. For example, if your store operates in USD and your bank account is in EUR, Stripe will handle the conversion for you.
Currently, Rally supports product pricing in USD, AUD, CAD, EUR, GBP, SEK, and NZD. Payments can be accepted from any country, as long as the customer uses a valid credit or debit card.
Important Payout Information
Stripe Verification: Verifying your Stripe account may take 2-7 business days.
Transferring Existing Balances: If you had a balance before setting up direct deposit, it will be transferred to your Stripe account once verified.
Payout Duration: Typically, payouts take 2-3 business days to reach your bank account.
International Transactions: If you’re outside the US, payouts may take longer due to a 7-day rolling period for some international transactions. After hitting "Cash Out", expect the money to appear in your account within 24 hours.
