Understanding your Rally.Fan analytics is key to optimizing your performance and making informed business decisions. Here’s a breakdown of the analytics dashboard and what each section represents.

Overview Metrics

At the top of the analytics page, you’ll see key metrics that provide a snapshot of your space's performance:

  • Views: The total number of page views your Rally.Fan space has received.

  • Leads: The number of potential customers who have shown interest in your products or services.

  • Conversion Rate: The percentage of visitors who have completed a desired action, such as making a purchase or filling out a form.

  • Total Revenues: The total amount of revenue generated from your sales.

Custom Date Range

You can customize the date range for your analytics data by clicking on the date selector. This allows you to view data for specific time periods, helping you track performance over time.

Activity

  • Page Views: This section shows the total number of views your pages have received within the selected date range.

  • Actions Completed: This section displays the number of actions completed by users, such as purchases or form submissions.

The Activities Over Time chart visualizes these metrics over the selected period, helping you see trends and patterns in user behavior.

People

  • New Leads: The number of new leads generated within the selected date range.

  • New Customers: The number of new customers who have made a purchase during the specified period.

Form Fills & Purchases

This section shows the number of forms filled out and purchases made over the selected time frame. It helps you understand how users are interacting with your forms and purchasing your products.

Top Performing Forms

  • Name: The name of the form.

  • Completed: The number of times the form has been completed.

This section highlights your most effective forms based on user interactions.

Top Performing Products

  • Name: The name of the product.

  • Purchases: The number of purchases made.

This section identifies which products are performing best in terms of sales.

Top Locations

The Views and Members by Country chart displays the geographical distribution of your audience. It shows where your views and members are coming from, helping you understand your market reach.

By regularly reviewing these analytics, you can gain valuable insights into your audience’s behavior, track the success of your campaigns, and make data-driven decisions to improve your Rally.Fan space.
