Please note that Rally.Fan does not automatically calculate shipping costs or track inventory. You will need to handle these aspects manually when selling physical products.
How to Sell Physical Products on Rally.Fan
To sell physical products, you can use our Custom Product feature. This allows you to manage orders and provide shipment tracking information to your customers.
Set Up a Custom Product:
Go to your 'Space' tab and click on '+ Add Product'.
Select 'Custom Product' as the type.
Product Customization:
Upload a thumbnail image, and add a product description and call-to-action button.
Edit the Checkout Page:
Click 'Next: Edit Checkout Page'.
Include important details such as:
Estimated delivery times
Return policy
Instructions for refunds
Collect Shipping Information:
Add fields for shipping details under the 'Form Fields' section.
Click '+ Add Field', select 'Text', and input the necessary fields such as:
Street Address
City
State
Zip Code
Make sure these fields are required to ensure complete shipping information is collected.
Publish Your Product:
After customizing the product and checkout details, click 'Publish' to make your product available for purchase.
Managing Orders:
When a purchase is made, you'll receive a notification to "Fulfill the Order."
Click on 'Fulfill Order' to add shipping information such as tracking numbers or confirmation receipts. This can be managed in the 'Income' tab where you can upload the necessary files.
Completing the Order
After shipping the product, provide tracking information through the 'Fulfill Order' option. Rally.Fan will then automatically send this information to your customer, keeping them informed about their order status.
