Uploading your video is an essential step to complete your campaign collaboration. Whether you’re uploading a collaboration video or a promo video, the following issues can occur and prevent your video from being successfully submitted. Here’s what causes each problem and how to fix it:

🦣 File Too Big

Cause:
Your video file exceeds the maximum size allowed. Large files (especially high-resolution, long videos) can’t be uploaded successfully.

How to fix it:

  • If it's a Promo Video, trim your video to keep only the most representative or essential parts.

  • Use a video compression tool (like FreeConvert or online compressors) to reduce the file size without compromising too much on quality.

🐜 File Too Small / Low Resolution

Cause:
Your video’s resolution or duration is too small or short. Videos need to meet minimum quality standards to be accepted.

How to fix it:

  • Make sure your video is shot in HD (720p) or higher.

  • If you edited or exported the video using an external tool, double-check your export settings to ensure you kept high resolution and good video quality.

  • Avoid overly compressed videos that can become blurry or pixelated.

⬛ Black Screen Detected

Cause:
Our system automatically detects black-screen videos. Sending a black video or placeholder to delay your deliverable intentionally violates the terms you agreed to.

Important:

  • Trying to trick the system can result in your account being banned.

  • If you experience technical issues preventing you from filming or uploading your video on time, please contact our support team immediately instead of sending a black video.

🎥 Tips for Successful Uploads

✅ Record videos in well-lit environments to avoid black frames.
✅ Always check your exported file before uploading.
✅ Keep your videos under the recommended file size but in HD quality.

For any other technical issues or if your video meets the requirements but still won’t upload, don’t hesitate to reach out to our support team—we’re here to help!
