Once installed, you will see the reviews that guests have left other hosts.

Typically a host can only see the reviews that a host has left the guest, with no insight into the guest's own review of that stay.

With AirReview, you can see what guest's have liked and hated about their previous bookings.

Using this tool helps understand the person coming to stay at your property better & helps you customize your hospitality.

How to use this Guest Screening feature?

⚠️ You need to be logged into Airbnb to see a guest profile.
You should see the guest's review of other hosts show up like this:

Screen Guests from your Airbnb Message Inbox

To review your own upcoming guests, go to your Airbnb messaging inbox https://www.airbnb.com/hosting/messages/
Open up a messaging thread with a guest.
Within a guest message thread, you'll see the "Reservation details" section on the right & the Guest's profile picture.
Click the Guest's profile picture on the right.

The guest's profile should open up in a new tab and the reviews will show up like this image

Ensure you're opening the Guest Profile in a new tab
Ensure your are logged into Airbnb
