How do I verify my Listing's data in the Property Search Metrics Board?

The data in the Property Search Metrics boards is obtained from your Airbnb hosting profile. We update the data once daily so if there has been some activity on your listing since we collected the data, the values will differ.

To verify the data, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your Airbnb Hosting Account

    Log in to your Airbnb hosting account to access the Airbnb Performance/Insights page.

  2. Navigate to the metric you wish to verify on Airbnb:

    Use the following direct links to access the metric you want to verify on Airbnb

  3. Select the listing from the Listing dropdown menu

    Use the "Listing" dropdown menu to choose your listing

  4. Choose a date range

    Select a single month as the date range e.g. Jan 1 - Jan 31

  5. Compare with the data displayed on Rankbreeze.

    Ensure you're comparing metrics for the same month and listing.

Troubleshooting

The data is updated once daily, so you might notice slight variations in future months due to any activity on your listing that occurred after we collected the data.
