Zapier is a powerful online automation tool that connects various apps and services, enabling them to work together seamlessly. With Zapier, you can automate repetitive tasks by creating "Zaps," which are workflows that trigger actions in your apps based on events or triggers in RareCircles.
Head to your apps and integrations settings to get started by clicking Portal settings > Apps and integrations.
Step 1: Request an invite
To get started request an invite by clicking on the Connect Zapier located in your portal settings.
If you don't yet have a Zapier account, you will be prompted to create one.
Follow the steps to complete the connection. Now that you've connected RareCircles to Zapier, you can begin connecting RareCircles with over 5,000 apps!
Step 2: Add webhooks
To create a Zap, you must first add the appropriate webhooks to your RareCircles account.
Search for RareCircles as a trigger
Choose an event type to build a Zap around.
Configure the trigger by adding the Zapier webhook to your RareCircles account.
To add a Webhook to RareCircles:Navigate to Settings, find Zapier tab
Paste webhook in the appropriate row
Click Save
Navigate back to Zapier
Complete Zap trigger configuration
Test connection
Make sure the event type matches the label.
Step 3: Create a Zap
Once you've successfully added your webhook, you'll be able to start creating Zaps!
Add an action to start pushing RareCircles data to your favorite tools, for example, push new members into your email database.
