Save time manually importing contacts from your RareCircles community to your email database with Zapier.
By connecting your RareCircles account with Zapier, you can automatically send new members to your email database to either enrich or add existing contact information.
You must first connect your RareCircles account to Zapier to take advantage of this feature.
To create a Zap that automatically adds RareCircles members to your email database, login to your Zapier account and create a new Zap following the steps below:
Step 1: Configure your Trigger
Select RareCircles as the trigger application.
Select "New member" as the trigger event.
Add the webhook to your RareCircles account
Create a new member profile in your portal
Test the trigger
Click "Continue with selected record"
Step 2: Configure your Action
Select your email provider as the trigger application.
Select Add/Update subscriber as event (the name of the event may differ by provider)
Connect your email account if you haven't already.
Specify the audience you'd like to add the contact to.
Insert contact data (email address) by clicking adding "email" to the "Subscriber email" field.
Test the action
Step 3: Publish the Zap
Click Publish and that's it! Your members email address will now automatically be added to your email database.
