Components of your Pass
Membership passes consist in a customizable background with overlayed text grouped into three fields (brand name, membership name, and member name).
1. Background
You can pick a custom color or upload an image to serve as your pass background.
We recommend an aspect ratio of 2400 x 3200 for images. Images can be a maximum of 5MB.
Images override color settings. If you add a custom image, your background color won't apply.
2. Text Fields
Brand name is the brand name you input in your account settings.
Membership name is the name you input in your membership settings.
Member name is a dynamic field updated by your members.
You can customize which text fields appear by hiding or revealing different fields. How the text is displayed on your membership card will depend on your card style.
Member name cannot be removed.
3. Card Styles
Customize the way text appears on your membership card by selecting different layout options.
