How to submit a support ticket with our help desk and get in touch with RareCircles customer success team

If your issue is critical in nature and related to the RareCircles product or you weren’t able to find the answer you were looking for in our Help Center:

You can submit a support ticket by sending us an email to support[@]rarecircles.com

Be sure to include:

  • Your RareCircles account login email

  • A detailed description of your issue.

  • Any screenshots, or screen-recordings that might help.

Our Customer Success team is trained in all things RareCircles and is available to assist you with:

  • Setup guidance

  • General product questions

  • Troubleshooting technical issues

  • Account and billing matters, among others.

We answer emails from 9 am to 6 pm eastern time US, and typically respond within two business days. You’ll receive a confirmation that your message was received along with current response times.
