You can list the languages you speak to make your services more accessible to a diverse client base.
Licences and NAR Member ID
Add your license number, license type, and name in the License section of your profile. This helps verify your credentials and adds professionalism to your profile.
Also, make sure to add your NAR Member ID for realtor.com syndication for your RateMyAgent reviews.
Markets You Serve
Add the cities or ZIP/postcodes you serve under “Markets.” Agent profiles can list up to 10, while office profiles can list up to 20. You can reorder them by dragging them into the preferred order; the top-listed market will appear first.
Step 2: Connect Socials
Social Media Posts
On the left menu, scroll to Social Media Posts and click Settings.
In the Connect Your Accounts section, click Connect next to Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter (X), Instagram, or Google Profile.
You’ll be prompted to log in and allow RateMyAgent to post.
Follow the login and authorization steps for each platform. For Facebook/Instagram, select the pages you'd like to connect.
Step 3: Request Reviews
From your dashboard, go to Reviews → Request.
Find the property you want reviewed (you can filter or search for properties), then click Request Review next to it.
Fill out the form (for buyer or seller) with their contact details, etc., then click Request Review. RATE reviews will be sent via email and/or SMS.
Once the client replies, you’ll get an email and the review will appear on your profile.
While waiting, you can manage all your pending requests under Sent Review Requests.
Step 4: Import Reviews
Go to your Agent Profile → Reviews → Import tab.
Then choose “Add Existing Reviews.”Search for the property you want to attach the review to.
Pro tip: Use the street number or street name in the search to find the correct property.
Fill out the review details using the information provided by your client.
Include the date of the review.
Provide client information.
Enter the client’s name, email, and phone. Then choose whether to Verify & Publish Now or Verify Later.Publish & Verification.
If you choose Verify Now, the client will receive an email (and possibly SMS if your subscription plan allows) asking them to confirm the review. Once they verify, the review is counted in your ratings and statistics.
If you select Verify Later, the review still shows on your profile but is marked as unverified; it will not count in your star rating/stats until verified.
Step 5: Automate Reviews
