As an agent, you have the ability to send a request to both the buyer and vendor of a listing. Once you have sent through your first review request - click here to learn how to request a review.

Please keep in mind - a review from both the buyer and seller of the same property is considered as 1 total recommendation towards your statistics and rankings. You still receive a review from both buyer and seller and all of the SEO benefits that come with it! So request as many reviews as you can!

You will be prompted to request a second review after you leave the first but, you will still be able to send a second review request at a later date.

Make sure to fully complete one review request before initiating another to ensure proper processing and avoid negative impacts on your account.

Request a second review for a leased property

Applicable to Australia and New Zealand only.

Errors like duplications or simultaneous requests can negatively impact your stats and badges, so always follow the proper workflows.

Step 1: Go To Properties and click Rentals. Type in the property address on the search bar and click Manage Reviews.

Remember to avoid adding the property listing multiple times, as it can harm your stats.

Step 2: From the Manage Review page, click the Request Review button on the top right.

Step 3: You will be redirected to the page where you need to enter our client details. Once done, click on Request review button.

Avoid archiving the request prematurely as it may not count toward your Trusted Agent badge.

Please note:

  • You cannot send a new request for the same property to the same email address

  • You cannot send a review request to an email that has unsubscribed from RateMyAgent emails. This unsubscribe status is applied globally, meaning no review requests or reminders will be sent to such an address.- Confirm that the correct property instance is selected for transactions involving the same property to avoid duplicate or restricted review requests.- CRM conflicts can cause duplicate review requests even if a review has already been received. Ensure all client contact details are correctly entered and consistent across the system.

  • Team profile (applicable for New Zealand only) setups may lead to redundant review notifications or permissions issues. Regularly audit and update team roles and associations to prevent such problems.
