Create an email signature

Gmail:

Step 1: Select the email footer image and download it to your device
Step 2: Open the cog icon then click on 'See all Settings'

Step 3: Scroll down to the 'Signature' section and 'Create new' Gmail signature

Step 4: Once the new signature has been created, click the 'Insert Image' button in your signature to attach the image you'd like to use on your signature.

Step 5: Once the Image URL has been pasted then the preview of the image will appear and press OK

Step 6: Highlight the image that you are wanting to link a website to and click on the 'Link' icon

Step 7: Enter in the website URL that you would like to link the image to and click 'OK'

Step 8: At the bottom of the Settings of your Gmail, click on 'Save Changes'

Step 9: Save and then create a test email to confirm the image and link are loading correctly

Outlook:
Step 1: Select the email footer image and download it to your device
Step 2: Click on cog icon icon and search in the Settings bar 'signature' to select 'Email Signature'

Step 3: In the 'Email Signature' section, click on 'Compose and reply' then select 'New Signature'. Name the signature then click on the 'Insert Pictures Inline' option to attach your signature photo

Step 4: Once the image has been attached to the signature box, click on the 'Insert Link'

Step 5: Enter in the Web address (URL) that you'd like to link your image signature with and press 'OK' then click Save once you've finished setting up your signature

Step 6: You can test your new signature by going to 'New Message' then going to the '3' dots' and selecting 'Insert Signature' and select the name of your signature then attach the content of your email before you click 'Send'
