How do we calculate rankings and statistics

Rankings and statistics for an agent

It's important to note that only verified reviews are counted when ranking and statistic calculations for agents and offices.

How agents are ranked

  • Agent rankings are based on an agent's activity as a Lead Agent and reflect their activity for a rolling 365-day period (not calendar year).

How the stats are calculated

  • Like the order of ranking, agent's statistics are based on their activity for a rolling 365-day period.

  • Statistics reflect all of the listings of an agent, regardless if Lead or Supporting Agent.

  • Their personal statistics are accompanied by the number of properties where they acted as the Lead Agent.

Determining the Lead and Supporting Agents on a property directly affects agent rankings.

Agents associated with a property and their classification can be changed prior to confirming the sale result. Once a property result has been reported and confirmed the Lead and Supporting Agents associated with the property cannot be changed (See article: Reporting a result).

Rankings and statistics for an office

  • Rankings and Statistics for an office reflect the aggregate listing and sale information for each of the brokerage team members.

  • The basis of calculation for office rankings and stats is otherwise consistent with individual agent calculations.
