Rankings and statistics for an agent
Rankings
Agent rankings are based on an agent's activity as a Lead Agent only and reflect their activity for a rolling 365-day period.
Sales, where an agent has acted as the Supporting Agent, do not contribute to that agent's rankings.
Average figures require a minimum of one transaction as a Lead Agent.
Statistics
Like rankings, an individual agent's statistics are based on their activity for a rolling 365-day period.
The difference is that an agent's statistics reflect all of the listings that they have been associated with, regardless of Lead or Supporting Agent classification.
Their personal statistics are accompanied by the number of properties where they acted as the Lead Agent.
Determining the Lead and Supporting Agents on a campaign is very important because the classification directly affects agent rankings. Agents associated with a property and their classification can be changed at any time prior to confirming the sale result. Once a property result has been reported and confirmed the Lead and Supporting Agents associated with the property can not be changed (See article: Reporting a result).
Rankings and statistics for a brokerage
Rankings and Statistics for a brokerage reflect the aggregate listing and sale information for each of the brokerage team members.
The basis of calculation for brokerage rankings and stats is otherwise consistent with individual agent calculations.
