Adding or removing an agent from your agency/office profile

Someone from your team with Admin Access to your office profile has the power to update your team as needed

To make sure that your office is represented accurately on RateMyAgent, it is important that your team is completely up to date. An admin user can add and remove team members with only a few clicks.

To Add an Agent:

Step 1: Log into your Office Dashboard, then select Account from the left-hand menu and then select Team. From here simply click +Add to search for your agents.

Step 2: A popup will launch, simply begin to type the name of the agent you would like to add. Select the agent from the generated list and then Confirm


If your agency is on a paid subscription and does not pay for unlimited agents, there will be a message to advise you of any extra cost.

If the agent you're looking for does not show up in your search, drop our Support team a line. We can create the profile on the agent's behalf. They will then need to claim to get started.

Make sure to include the following:

  • The agent's name

  • The agent's contact number

  • The agent's email address

  • The office you want to add them to

To Remove an Agent:

Step 1: Head to the Team page within the Office dashboard

Step 2: Find the agent you wish to remove, click the three little dots and then click Remove.

Step 3: Confirm you would like to remove the agent

In the instance where an agent is no longer working at the agency/office

Since RateMyAgent is designed to give consumers information and reviews for agents, RateMyAgent agent profiles will reflect their full career's worth of history of sales and reviews. They will keep the one profile and update it for their next agency.

It's for this reason we will not remove delete agent profiles, remove listings from agent profiles, swap them for other agents or stop them being able to collect reviews on past sales they worked on as well.

If an agent is no longer working in the real estate industry, their profile can be deleted but they will need to contact us directly as all of their reviews will be deleted and deleting an agent profile is permanent.

Can you attach reviews/listings from your old employer to current one?

Your past sales and reviews remain on your profile (if you have kept the same one and updated it to new employer).

However, they will not be added to your new agency or be reflected as listed/sold by them.

If more detail is sought by clicking into the property information on a property or review on your profile, it will display that the property was sold by the true listing agency at that time. This is as to not mislead consumers and attribute reviews/solds to an agency that was not involved with that particular transaction.
