To make sure that your office is represented accurately on RateMyAgent, it is important that your team is completely up to date. An admin user can add and remove team members with only a few clicks.
To Add an Agent:
Step 1: Log into your Office Dashboard, then select Team & Admins from the left-hand menu and then select Sales Team Members. From here simply click +Add to search for your agents.
Step 2: A popup will launch; you can type by their name, email address, or NRDS ID/NAR Member ID. Select the agent from the generated list and then Add Member.
If your agency is on a paid subscription and does not pay for unlimited agents, there will be a message to let you know of any extra cost.
If the agent you're looking for does not show up in your search, please don't hesitate to drop our Support team a line. We can create the profile on the agent's behalf. They will then need to claim to get started.
Make sure to include the following information about the agent we are trying to create a profile:
Agent's first and last name
Phone number
Email Address
Brokerage
NRDS ID/NAR Member ID

To Remove an Agent:
Step 1: Navigate to the Team page in the Office dashboard, then go to Team & Admins. Select Team Members, locate the agent you wish to remove, click on the three small dots, and then select Remove.
Step 2: Hit Confirm to proceed in removing the agent.
In the instance where an agent is no longer working at the agency/office
Since RateMyAgent is designed to give consumers information and reviews for agents, RateMyAgent agent profiles will reflect their full career's worth of history of sales and reviews. They will keep the one profile and update it for their next agency.
It's for this reason we will not delete agent profiles, remove listings from agent profiles, swap them for other agents, or stop them from being able to collect reviews on past sales they worked on as well.
If agents no longer work in the real estate industry, their profiles can be deleted. However, they will need to contact us directly, as all of their reviews will be deleted, and deleting an agent's profile is permanent.
Can you attach reviews/listings from your old employer to your current one?
Your past sales and reviews remain on your profile (if you have kept the same one and updated it to the new employer).
However, they will not be added to your new agency or be reflected as listed/sold by them.
Suppose you want more details by clicking on a property's information or reviewing your profile. In that case, it will display that the actual listing agency sold the property. This is so as not to mislead consumers and attribute reviews/sales to an agency that was not involved with that particular transaction.
