Manually share reviews or properties on your social media account

Updated over 2 weeks ago

If you are currently on our Starter, Professional or Enterprise subscription, you will have the ability to share your reviews, new listings and sold listings manually.

To manually post a review or a property on social media, you will need to make sure you have linked your social media to your RateMyAgent profile - click here to learn how.

From your agent/agency dashboard, simply select Social Media Posts and click on 'Create Post'

You will have the option to select which content to post whether it is a review, a RateMyAgent award, active listing or a completed listing.

Step 2. Select a Template of your choice. Your default Template will be ticked but you can always choose another template should you like to post using another design. Click 'Next' to proceed to the next step.

Step 3. Choose where to share the review. You can use a default caption or untick this option and enter the caption you want to use for this post. Click 'Post' once done.

Manually share a review

To share a review manually, go to Reviews from the dashboard followed by selecting 'Completed'. Select the review you'd like to share and click 'Share'.

Manually share a property

To manually share a property whether it is a sold or new listing, select Properties from your dashboard and select a property you wish to share on your social media accounts.

Click the 3 dots beside the Report Result button for active listings or beside the Get/Manage Reviews button for a sold listing and select 'Post to Social Media'.

You will have the option to select which social media platform you would like the review to be posted to and the option to change the template. Click 'Post' once completed.

* Google does not allow email addresses or phone numbers in the captions for their posts. This goes against their guidelines and the offending content will be immediately removed. Please refrain from adding your email address and phone number on your captions.
