RateMyAgent is a powerful platform that helps manage and synchronize reviews across Zillow, Google, and Realtor.com. It simplifies the way real estate professionals collect, display, and leverage client feedback.
Since RateMyAgent can import your Zillow reviews, we can now prompt the clients and give them the steps to get their reviews transferred over to your Google MyBusiness page as a Google review!
Note: We cannot post the reviews on behalf of clients on other sites due to privacy reasons so this is not automatic (we wish it was!) This has to be done by the reviewer.
Additionally, the platform allows you to seamlessly integrate reviews across various platforms, ensuring a streamlined approach for review management.
*Link Zillow reviews to a property
Please make sure that your Zillow profile is already connected to RateMyAgent.
Log in to your RateMyAgent dashboard, and go to Reviews then Import.
Click on the Link to Property.
2. Search for the property address to which the review must be attached. Then, update or keep the review headline.
3. Make sure to select Seller or Buyer. Then, turn the toggle ON for 'Request client to post review to Google'. Input the Client Name and Email Address for them to receive a Google Prompt for them to share it to your Google MyBusiness page. Once done, click on Import Review.
If the property linked to the review is missing, navigate to Properties in RateMyAgent, click Add Property, and input details like address, sold date, and transaction type to associate it correctly.
*Add your Zillow reviews to Google!
Your client will receive a Google Prompt email letting them know to share the review on Google.
Step 1: Click Share Review to Google.
Step 2: Hit 'Copy', then click the agent's Google profile link.
Step 3: They will then need to select a star rating and paste their review. Clicking Post will make their review live on your Google My Business page!
Note: Your client will need to have a Google account to leave their review on Google
If reviews still fail to show on Google, ensure your Google account is properly connected and verified for use with RateMyAgent.
