After we speak with your data feed provider or flip a switch on our end, we will automate vendor review requests for you. This can be done for individual agents or for the whole agency.

Don't see your data feed provider on the list? Don't stress. We're likely already chatting to them but messaging them direct to ask for Vendor details in your XML feed goes a long way!

You can choose whether you would like to send your Review Requests Immediately or whether you would like to set up a delay.
You can also create and save your own templates to go out to your Vendors in the requests. These templates are set at the Agent level, not the Agency.

Things to note:
It is the responsibility of the agency to notify their agents that this feature has been turned on
If an agent has not claimed their RateMyAgent profile, we will not send an automated request
This feature is available for vendors review requests only
This feature is available for sales reviews only
This feature will currently send a review request for the lead agent only
How does this work?
Agency will enter the following details into their data feed provider/CRM
1.1. Vendor full name: how this is entered is how this will appear on the review request
1.2. Vendor emailRMA will receive vendor details in the normal REA XML file
RMA will send Review Request once the property has been marked as sold (via the XML feed)
If RMA has not received vendor details, an automatic Review Request will not be sent
If a Review Request has already been sent manually, we will not send another request
Review Request flow (e.g Reminders) is unchanged
Once the review is completed by the vendor, it will be live on RateMyAgent. This is true of a recommended and not-recommended review
