______________

You can check it out the leaderboard when it is live, by going to the Leaderboard tab in your Agent profile.

The leaderboard is only available for Agent and Agency suburb-level awards and gets updated overnight.

Chasing your Vendor reviews and bumping your Review/Sales Ratio (RSR) could help you win an Agent of the Year Award.

To be eligible for a win in a suburb, you must have sold at least 5 properties as the LEAD agent and have 5 unique vendor reviews for those properties sold within the current calendar year. If no one meets this criteria, no award will be presented.

Altogether, the following three main metrics calculate the award rankings:

  1. Your Review/Sales Ratio (RSR) - the % of properties sold with a vendor review attached as a lead and supporting agent. This is your RSR across the whole platform which includes all transactions across suburbs, cities and states and can be viewed in your dashboard.
We DO NOT have suburb-level RSRs. Find out more about RSR here.

  2. The number of sold properties in 2024 as the lead agent.

  3. Average sales value of properties sold in 2024 as the lead agent.

These metrics are all used to calculate your awards score and rank you on the leaderboard.

However, we do have different weightings against each metric.

The exact weighting of each metric is top secret but we are able to share the following:

For Agent National, State & City Awards + Agency National, State & City Awards, the RSR is weighted the highest, followed by the Total Sales and then the Average Sale price.

Specifically at the Agent suburb level: while RSR is still weighted the highest, we do increase the weighting on the Total Sales for the suburb to be closer to the RSR.

- This means that theoretically even if your RSR or Total Sales are higher than someone else, you're not guaranteed a win - this is due to the weightings and the proprietary algorithm that generates the outcome of the awards.

If you have qualified in a suburb you will be ranked and appear as shown in the below screenshot.

If you have the minimum number of sales required to qualify and have not collected enough reviews, you will not be ranked. However, you will be shown underneath the ranked agents with a prompt to collect reviews! The 'Reviews' then 'Request' buttons will take you directly to the review opportunities for that suburb.

If no agent has met the minimum entry requirements but has enough sales to qualify, the leaderboard will appear like this for all agents who could potentially qualify. The 'Reviews' then 'Request' buttons will take you directly to your opportunities for the suburb you are currently viewing.

* Sales leaderboard will be up again by the end of March

You need to be in it to win it! Find out how to win here!
