For example: if you have sold 10 properties and received 8 positive vendor reviews your RSR is 80%
RSRs are calculated for every agent and agency

Your Review-to-Sales Ratio for the calendar year is one of the main metrics used to calculate our annual RateMyAgent Awards. We give you until 11:59 pm AEDT on the 3rd of January 2027 to collect reviews based on sales made from January 01 2026 to December 31st 2026.
Your Review-to-Sales Ratio for the Top 20% Agent Recognition Badge is base on a rolling 365 days.
How can I improve my Review/Sales Ratio?
Get more reviews! You should be requesting 100% of your Vendor reviews throughout the year for sales in all locations
Don't skip on the Supporting Agent Sales!
Ensure all your property transactions are correct by removing duplicates. You cannot change or remove listings 'just to boost your score', you need to collect those Vendor reviews!
Will getting more than 1 vendor for the same property increase my RSR?
Getting more than 1 vendor review for a sale does not increase your ratio as an agency or agent.
