Here’s how delivery works and how to track it.

When will my order arrive?

We aim to deliver your order as quickly as possible, usually the next day. You’ll see your estimated delivery date at checkout.

After ordering, you can check the delivery status in your Raylo account.


How to track your delivery

When you sign up, your Raylo account will be created.

  1. Log in to your Raylo account

  2. Go to Your Tech

  3. Tap your order to see your estimated delivery date and tracking info

You’ll also get tracking updates by text or email from the courier, including a 1-hour delivery window on the day.


FAQs

Who delivers Raylo devices?

We use trusted UK couriers, including DPD and ParcelForce. Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive tracking updates directly from the courier.

Are delivery times the same everywhere?

Most orders arrive the next day after dispatch. Some areas, like Northern Ireland and the Scottish Highlands, may take an extra day.

What’s a Delivery PIN?

A Delivery PIN is a security code used by DPD. If your order ships with DPD, you’ll receive a PIN by text or email to give to the driver when your order is delivered.

What happens if I miss the delivery?

If you miss the delivery, the courier will try again the next day. If they can’t deliver after two attempts, the device will be returned to Raylo and your subscription will be cancelled.

Can I reschedule my delivery?

Yes, you can reschedule your delivery directly with the courier. Just use the link in your shipping email or text to choose a new delivery time.

Can deliveries go to an address that’s different from the billing address?

We can deliver to your registered office address, even if it’s different from your billing address. Make sure to let us know at checkout.
