Raylo insurance is optional - but it’s a smart way to protect your devices if something unexpected happens. Accidental damage, theft, or loss? You’re covered.


What does Raylo insurance cover?

Raylo insurance protects your devices against:

  • Accidental damage

  • Theft or loss

  • Worldwide trips (up to 30 consecutive days)

How it works

Add insurance to your subscription when you sign up. If something happens, submit a claim on Raylo’s behalf in your Raylo account. Once accepted:

  • For accidental damage, you’ll be guided through the repair process

  • For loss or theft, you’ll get a replacement device by next-day delivery


What’s the excess?

The excess is the amount you pay towards an accepted claim - this is standard with most insurance providers. It varies depending on your device and the type of claim. You’ll see the exact amount when you submit a claim in your Raylo account.

Why would my business need insurance?

Insurance protects your business from the cost of repairs or replacements. If a device is lost, stolen, or damaged, you stay productive.

Is our tech covered when travelling?

Yes, Raylo insurance covers your tech while travelling, as long as you are away for less than 30 consecutive days. Just be sure to follow local safety precautions.

Can we use our own insurance policy?

Yes, you can use your own insurance policy. We recommend checking that it covers accidental damage, theft, loss, and the exact device make and model.

Can we add or remove insurance later?

Insurance must be opted into when you sign up. Once your subscription is active, insurance cannot be added or removed.
