An Asset is an enduring digital record of a physical place.

Every Asset has a specific location, one or more Spaces (buildings, levels and areas), and is single source of truth for data from Inspections and Reports.

An Asset is owned by one Organisation and is available to any Team Member from that Organisation. It can be shared permanently or temporarily with other Organisation's and users, and its ownership can be transferred.

Information about the Asset’s location and Spaces can be added at any time. This data is always available on the Raytd Mobile Inspection Application to improve the accuracy and speed of inspections.

New data created during an Inspection will be added to an asset as soon as it is issued in a Report.
