You've received influencer drafts and want to share them with your colleagues outside the platform for additional feedback or approval?
The Draft Feedback link allows you to easily share the drafts with your colleagues via a link, gather feedback there, and then approve or request revisions in RTECH.
You can do this by clicking the "Draft feedback Link Options" button above the influencer listing in the Confirmation step.
This will open a window where you can choose from the following three options:
Copy feedback link: This will allow you to copy the link to your clipboard with just one click
Open feedback link: Here you can open the link to see the feedback on the drafts
Copy Access Code: The code, copied to your clipboard via this field, allows access to the draft feedback together with the link.
Once you have copied the draft feedback link you can send it to your colleagues. In order for them to be able to open it, they also need the "Access Code". For data protection reasons, we recommend you to send the Code in a separate mail.
After opening the link, the drafts are sorted by status (pending, rejected, accepted). The status always corresponds to the real status in RTECH.
Pending: The draft has not been evaluated yet
Accepted: Draft accepted
Rejected: Draft rejected
However, every action within the Feedback Link does not directly affect the drafts in the tool. It is only used for internal communication with your colleagues. Besides, drafts can be downloaded here.
