Add a LinkedIn sender

Each LinkedIn sender uses one sender seat. Owner or admin selects Add sender on Senders. Connecting LinkedIn is a separate step after you add.

Each LinkedIn sender uses one sender seat. Owner or admin selects Add sender on Senders to add the row and spend the seat. Connecting LinkedIn is a later step on that sender.

Add sender on Senders

Only Owner or admin can add a sender. Members can see the list.

  1. Open Senders.

  2. Select Add sender.

  3. Save the sender. That uses one licensed seat.

  4. Leave connect for the next article. Do not start a verification code or captcha here.

Settings → Senders is the same list. Use either path.

If the workspace is at capacity, Add sender reads "No seats left". Delete a sender or choose a plan with more seats on Settings → Billing.

Statuses and the No seat badge

A new sender starts as Draft. Status then moves through Connecting, Challenge required, Active, Limited, Paused, Error, or Needs login. Active is the status that can send and unlock LinkedIn imports.

No seat is a license badge, not a status. Extra senders stay in the workspace but do not send until you license another seat.
