Business includes 150 company enrich tokens per sender seat each month. One token unlocks one company in that workspace, misses refund the token, and monthly tokens do not roll over.
How the monthly grant is sized
Tokens follow licensed sender seats, not teammates.
Open Settings → Billing and read Company enrich tokens.
Multiply seats by 150. One seat is 150 tokens. Two seats × 150 = 300 tokens this month. Three seats are 450 tokens.
Spend Enrich on a company that has a name, LinkedIn URL, or domain.
If LinkedIn finds the company, that workspace keeps the unlock and the token stays spent.
If LinkedIn misses, the token is returned.
ReachyReach spends the monthly allowance first, then the pack. Pack tokens do not expire. The monthly grant resets at period end and unused monthly tokens do not roll over.
What is not a token
Contact Enrich pulls a job title from LinkedIn. It does not spend a company enrich token. Do not treat a contact job-title Enrich as a token purchase or a token refund.
Company Enrich is per workspace. Unlocking a company once is enough for that workspace. A second Enrich on the same company does not charge again when LinkedIn has nothing more to add.
If the balance is 0
Enrich shows Out of tokens. Owner or admin buys a 1000-token pack on Billing, or waits for the next monthly grant. See Buy extra enrich tokens and Out of company enrich tokens.
