Enrich shows Out of tokens when this workspace has 0 company enrich tokens left. Owner or admin buys a 1000-token pack on Settings → Billing, or waits for the next monthly grant.
Get tokens again
The monthly grant is 150 tokens per licensed sender seat. Two seats × 150 = 300 tokens this month. Unused monthly tokens do not roll over. Pack tokens do not expire.
Open the company and confirm the error is Out of tokens, not a missing name.
Open Settings → Billing and read Company enrich tokens.
As Owner or admin, select Buy 1000 tokens (€50, does not expire) when checkout is available.
If checkout shows "Checkout not available yet.", you cannot buy the pack yet. Wait for the monthly grant or until checkout is on.
Return to the company and Enrich after the balance is above 0.
Members can see the balance. They cannot buy. Contact Enrich still works without a token because it is not a token.
Allowance then pack
ReachyReach spends the monthly allowance first, then the pack. Buying a pack does not replace the seat grant. After period end the monthly 150 per seat returns, and leftover pack tokens stay.
