Owner or admin updates seats on Settings → Billing → Plan. Manage billing opens Stripe for cancel, tax, and the card. You cannot license fewer seats than senders already in this workspace.
Update seats
Each LinkedIn sender uses one sender seat. Teammates are free.
Sign in as Owner or admin.
Open Settings → Billing → Plan.
Set the seat quantity. The form will not go below senders already in the workspace.
Select Update seats. If you also change interval, use Switch to monthly or Switch to annual.
If you try to shrink below current senders, checkout returns "Cannot license fewer seats than senders already in this workspace." Delete a sender first, then update seats.
Business is €49 per sender per month, or €39 annual. Each seat still grants 150 company enrich tokens that calendar month. Monthly tokens do not roll over.
Cancel at period end
Select Manage billing to open Stripe. Cancel there. ReachyReach keeps the plan until the period end date. Billing then shows Ends instead of Renews.
Cancel at period end does not delete senders. When the period ends and the subscription is no longer active or trialing, seats stop licensing. Extra senders stay with a No seat badge and do not send until you subscribe again or delete senders.
