Sender status is the connect and safety state of that LinkedIn account. Draft, Connecting, Challenge required, Active, Limited, Paused, Error, and Needs login are the only statuses, and No seat is a license badge, not a status.
Read the status, then the badge
Status tells you whether the sender can send. The No seat badge tells you whether a licensed seat is attached. A sender can be Active and still show No seat. That badge means it will not send.
Open Senders and read the status on the row.
If you also see No seat, open How sender seats work. That is not a ninth status.
Open the sender when status is not Active so you can finish connect or a repair.
Do not add a second sender to "fix" a status. Stay on this row.
Draft means credentials and a country are not finished yet. Connecting means wait for the panel to update. Challenge required means submit a verification code on this sender. Active means the sender can run outreach if it also has a licensed seat.
Limited means the sender is connected but outreach is constrained. Open the sender and Safety. Paused means the safety breaker stopped the sender. There is no manual Pause in the customer menu. Error means the last connect or session failed. Needs login means save credentials and connect again.
