How to Book an Appointment on ReadyHubb:
Book a Walk-in Appointment:
Navigate to Bookings.
Hold onto the calendar with your finger at the desired time.
A modal will appear to create a Walk-in booking.
Complete the required information and click Add New Booking.
Another Way to Book:
Navigate to Add and select New Walk-in Booking.
How to Reschedule an Appointment on ReadyHubb:
Navigate to Bookings.
Choose the booking you wish to reschedule.
Click on Reschedule.
Select the new appointment time.
⚠️ NOTE: For in-app bookings made by clients, client approval is required for rescheduling. Walk-in bookings can be rescheduled without approval.
How to Cancel an Appointment on ReadyHubb:
Navigate to Bookings.
Select the booking you want to cancel.
Click on Cancel.
⚠️ NOTE: If you cancel a booking with a deposit or a no-show, the deposit is non-refundable. Exercise caution when canceling such bookings. For refunds, you'll need to handle them outside of the app.
