What is the Readyhubb Marketplace?

The Readyhubb Marketplace connects professionals with quality clients ready to book. You’ll save time and money on ads that don’t work – while we help you grow your clientele. We market your services by investing in Google Ads, influencer marketing, SEO, social media, and more.

Commission Rates

We’ve kept the structure simple and fair:

New Clients: A 20% commission is charged on the first booking with a new client.

Pro Plan: A 3% commission applies for all repeat bookings.

Free Plan: A 5% commission applies for repeat bookings.

This fee allows us to keep investing in marketing your business – you only pay when we bring you a client. The marketplace fee is deducted from the client's deposit, with no extra charges for your client. We do not charge any fees to clients.

We do not charge additional fees for the following:

  • Any additional services or products added during checkout after the initial booking.

  • Tips or extra charges added at checkout.


Tracking New Clients on Readyhubb

We’ve got you covered! To ensure you’re only charged the Marketplace New Client Fee for clients who truly find your business through Readyhubb, we monitor their activity and perform some quick checks.

Readyhubb Marketplace Clients (Fee applies):

  • The client is not on your existing Clients list at the time of booking.

  • The client first discovers your business through the Readyhubb marketplace and makes an online booking.

  • The client has not visited your business before at the time of booking.

External Clients (No fee applies):

  • The client is already in your Clients list, whether they’re a returning client or one you’ve added manually.

  • The client was imported into your Clients list before their first booking.

  • The client has booked with your business before.

Be sure to import or add your existing clients to your Readyhubb Clients list when setting up your business. This helps us recognize your clientele!

Deposits

Clients pay a deposit to confirm their appointment, which will be credited to your Readyhubb pending balance. Here's how it works:

  • Client Deposit: Clients pay your set deposit plus 20% of the booking amount. If no deposit is set, a default 20% deposit is applied.

  • No Cash Payments: All marketplace transactions are handled online—no cash options available.

  • Once you complete the checkout, the deposit will be released to your wallet, allowing you to withdraw it instantly.

After providing the service, head to the checkout page and complete the process to collect the remaining balance from the client. Remember, all marketplace payments must be processed online.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

Sometimes plans change, and Readyhubb has you covered:

  • Client Cancellations: If a client cancels, they lose their deposit, but you still receive your portion of the deposit.

  • Professional Cancellations: If you need to cancel, the client will receive their deposit in their Readyhubb wallet, which they can use for future bookings.

  • Rescheduling: Both clients and professionals can request to reschedule appointments – but both parties must approve the changes.

With the Readyhubb Marketplace, we make it easy to track your marketplace clients and earnings:

  • Source Tag: Easily identify clients that come from the Readyhubb marketplace in your contact list and on the client booking page.

  • Analytics: View how much you’re earning from marketplace bookings in your reports.

How can I tell if a client came from the Readyhubb Marketplace?

Clients who book through the Readyhubb Marketplace will be clearly tagged in the client details and booking information page, making it easy to track marketplace bookings versus regular bookings.


How do I track my marketplace earnings?

You can view your earnings from the marketplace through the reports section in your Readyhubb account. This section shows how much income you’ve earned specifically from marketplace clients.


Will I be charged for repeat clients from the marketplace?

Yes, for repeat bookings, Pro Plan users are charged a 3% commission, while Free Plan users are charged a 5% commission. These rates apply after the first-time booking from a new client.


Do I have to manage cash payments?

No, all payments are handled online , and there’s no need to worry about cash transactions. This ensures secure and easy payment management for both you and the client.


Can I share my Readyhubb link to attract more clients?

Absolutely! You can share your Readyhubb profile or booking page link across your channels. Clients who book through your custom links won’t incur marketplace fees. We do not charge for any bookings that you generate through your social media or by sharing your booking link. You are only charged for bookings we bring you


What happens if I need to cancel a booking?

If you cancel a booking, the client will receive their deposit back in their Readyhubb wallet. Alternatively, you can reschedule the appointment, but the client must approve the new time.


How do I know when Readyhubb is charging me?

Absolutely! You can share your Readyhubb profile or booking page link across your channels. Bookings made through your custom links are fee-free. We don’t charge for any bookings you generate through social media or by sharing your link – fees only apply to bookings we bring you through the marketplace.


Can I edit a booking after it’s confirmed?

Yes, professionals can edit a booking after it’s confirmed. There are no additional Readyhubb fees for these changes, and clients will see the updated booking details immediately.


Is there a contract or commitment to use the marketplace?

No, there’s no long-term commitment or contract to use the marketplace. You’re free to stop using it anytime, but with the benefits it offers in growing your client base, you’ll likely want to stick around!


Can I choose not to be part of the Readyhubb Marketplace?

Yes, you can opt out of being featured in the Readyhubb Marketplace by adjusting your settings and making your profile private. However, participating in the marketplace increases your chances of gaining new clients without needing to spend on advertising.
