Providers can view and manage incoming orders by navigating to the Orders page in the main navigation panel.
When first navigating to the page, you will see Current orders for all your clients by default. You can use the Filters module to search for specific campaigns (address), orders for a particular agency, or orders for a particular status.
Clicking an order item row will allow you to change the status (to Printing, Processing, Despatched etc) and also download the print-ready PDF from the side modal.
The status of the order (processing, printed, despatched etc) flows through to the client front end of Realhub to give your clients transparency over the current status of their orders. These statuses can also be updated via API, if you wish. To learn more about connecting to Realhub via API, please contact our support team support@realhub.com.au
You can use the pencil icon for any order to Edit the Order, including updating the deliver address, marking the order as Completed, unapproving the order or reprocessing API / webhook feeds.
