Sometimes the Dext client usage CSV file name won’t perfectly match what Rechargly expects. This can cause a warning on the Imports page, but you can still proceed.

Solution:

Rechargly will alert you when the uploaded file isn’t a perfect match. As long as it’s the correct client usage file from Dext, you can override the warning and continue with the upload.

Details:

The Dext CSV should normally be named like this: client_breakdown_05 Nov 24 - 04 Dec 24.csv

In some cases, Dext will send the file with a slightly different format:

client_breakdown_5 Nov 24 - 4 Dec 24.csv

This difference can trigger a mismatch warning in Rechargly. If you receive this message, review the file to confirm it’s the correct usage breakdown. Once confirmed, you can safely override and complete the upload.
