Steps to Find Missing Customer in Rechargly

If a customer isn’t appearing in Rechargly, it usually means you need to refresh the contact from Xero

If a customer isn’t appearing in Rechargly, it means they haven’t been invoiced recently from Xero Blue. Here’s how to fix it:

1. Update the contact in Xero.

  1. Open the contact in Xero Blue.

  2. Click Edit, change any detail (even adding a full stop is fine), then save.

  3. Re-sync from Rechargly again.

This forces Xero to recognise the update and helps Rechargly pull the contact through.


2. Re-sync contacts in Rechargly

Once the invoice is created, head back to Rechargly to update your contact list:

  • Go to the Mapping tab

  • Click the dropdown in the top right

  • Select Re-sync contact
