Refreshing Customer List in Rechargly

If your customer list in Rechargly is missing data, you can refresh it by re-syncing your contacts.

Refresh Your Customers

  1. Go to Mapping.

  2. Open the dropdown menu and select Re-sync Contact.

  3. Your updated contacts should appear within a couple of minutes.

Why New Customers Might Not Show

  • Sometimes Xero can be slow to update. To trigger the sync:

    1. Open the contact in Xero Blue.

    2. Click Edit and make a small change (for example, add a full stop).

    3. Save the contact.

    4. Return to Rechargly and re-sync again.

If Contacts Still Don’t Appear

  1. Go to Integrations and check the last sync date to ensure your integration is updating.

  2. Double-check that you’ve updated the correct contact in Xero.
