Refresh Your Customers
Go to Mapping.
Open the dropdown menu and select Re-sync Contact.
Your updated contacts should appear within a couple of minutes.
Why New Customers Might Not Show
Sometimes Xero can be slow to update. To trigger the sync:
Open the contact in Xero Blue.
Click Edit and make a small change (for example, add a full stop).
Save the contact.
Return to Rechargly and re-sync again.
If Contacts Still Don’t Appear
Go to Integrations and check the last sync date to ensure your integration is updating.
Double-check that you’ve updated the correct contact in Xero.
