Find And Map A Missing Organisation

Steps to troubleshoot when a client or organisation does not appear in your Mapping list, and how to map them correctly in Rechargly.

If a client or organisation is missing from your Mapping list, follow these steps in order. Each step links to the relevant screen.

Check Mapping

  • Go to Mapping page and review the All tab.

  • Check to see if the client has been skipped during mapping.

  • Update their status if needed to bring them into your active list.

Check The Excluded Tab On Charges

  • Go to Excluded tab in the Charges table.

  • Search for the client or organisation.

  • If they appear here, they were excluded.

  • To fix it: tick the box beside the organisation and click Revert organisation.

  • The client will then appear under Mapping > For Review.

Check Imports For Review
