If a client or organisation is missing from your Mapping list, follow these steps in order. Each step links to the relevant screen.
Check Mapping
Go to Mapping page and review the All tab.
Check to see if the client has been skipped during mapping.
Update their status if needed to bring them into your active list.
Check The Excluded Tab On Charges
Check Imports For Review
If the client doesn’t appear in Charges, Mapping, or Agreements, check Imports confirm whether the data was imported successfully.
