How to review and update costs from remapped clients in Practice Connect

Find costs left behind after remapping a client and move them to the correct client.

When you remap a customer from the Recharges table to a new client in Practice Connect, any costs that were already tracked stay linked to the previous client. They do not move across automatically. The Remapped Costs page gives you one place to find those costs and move them to the correct client.

How to remap a cost to a new client in Practice Connect

  1. Open the Remapped Costs page.

  2. Review the costs listed. Each row shows the cost and the client it is currently linked to.

  3. Select the cost you want to remap.

  4. Rechargly deletes the cost that was tracked against the previous client and creates a new cost against the new client.

When to use this feature

If you make a mistake and map charges to the wrong customer and job in Practice Connect.
